Exclusive Interview with ENOBONG DAVID EBRESO

It was a great opportunity, to interact with the up growing youth of ibiono ibiom, in the area of IKOT OBONG, Akwa-Ibom State.

I am ENOBONG DAVID EBRESO, a born and bred up daughter of Ikot Obong in ibiono ibiom local government, and student of Akwa-ibom State Polytechnic  studying Sectarian Course

As a growing up youth, what are your experiences in the growth or progress of ibiono ibom youth?

Ibiono Ibom Youth through the empowerment as been given out from our mentors. Barr. Ime Okon, who is representing Ibiono Ibom in state House of Assembly empowered many youths in Scholarship Award to Higher institution, Vehicles, Job Opportunities etc. 

Mr. Bassey  Albert Akpan, Commissioner for Finance Akwa Ibom state, he sacrificed for Ibiono Ibom Youth progress in many terms. We were given an organization which added to the progress and the development for the youth called Ibiono Ibom Youth For Democratic and Development (IBIYODED).

Could you please define what you understand as the STRENGHT?

The prospective grown that has astonish opportunities in Ibiono Ibom Youth, also that force the progress is Socioeconomic that focus on Traditional Strength.

To your knowledge what has the entertainment INDUSTRY impact into you?

We had an entertainment called Ekpo Cultural Group that displayed annually which is on September, we organize a Festival Ibiono Ibom Carnival (IIC) which create a very free vacancy for every youth in Ibiono Ibom to displayed but Internal skills and Training skills for everybody viewing for expertise training for future.

We accepted every socio-culture in the local government such as Akata, Ekpo Ntukro Ibibio, Sport Competition (FOOTBALL, BASKETBALL, VOLLEY BALL etc.) This event takes place on 27^th/28^th December every year.

As said ealier we had the opportunity to display our talent in any form during the carnival period, we do choose high grade performance during that time for training from Ibiono Ibom Youth for Democratic and Development (IBIYODED) we trained more than 352 Youths for skills and Institutional training that help our youths to grow very well.

As you look into the future, what more features do you desire or which for the youth of ibiono ibom?

As an Ibiono Ibom Youth, Daughter and Indigene, I request for research from the International Experts such as Mish, Isaac Bellyman, etc. to come and choose people that can perform like them to further our future talents.
