The National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) is poised for a landmark moment in its history as it prepares to formally invest its newly elected President, Dr. Bolajoko Bayo-Ajayi, FNIMN, in a ceremony that promises to shape the future trajectory of the marketing profession in Nigeria.
In an official announcement,
the Institute’s Governing Council described the upcoming event as a defining occasion for both the NIMN and the broader marketing ecosystem, ushering in “a new era of leadership dedicated to excellence, ethics, and long-term sustainability.”Scheduled for Monday, December 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM, the ceremony will take place at the prestigious Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
This year’s theme, “Leadership, Trust, and Brand Sustainability,” spotlights the increasing importance of ethical leadership in building resilient brands, an issue that sits at the heart of national and global business discourse.
Adding further prestige to the event, renowned business leader and entrepreneur Mrs. Ibukun Awosika, Founder and CEO of the Chair Centre Group, will deliver the keynote address. Her participation is expected to bring deep insight and forward-thinking perspectives to the conversation.
