Arsenal and Manchester United target Ilkay Gundogan has asked
to leave Borussia Dortmund,
according to the club's sporting director.
The Germany international will have just one year remaining
on his contract in the summer and is refusing to pen an extension.
Arsenal have been chasing the midfielder since 2013,
while Manchester United are also said to keen on the 24-year-old.
And now Dortmund's sporting director Michael Zorc has
revealed Gundogan wants to leave the Bundesliga side.
"He would like to move this summer. That's what he told
us," Zorc told Sky.
"Depending on the value of the offers on the table for
us, we will decide accordingly."
