Tilda Swinton named as the face of NARS for Spring 2015 campaign

Actress Tilda Swinton has been named the new face of NARS Cosmetics for the makeup brand's Spring 2015 campaign.

The British beauty is lending her porcelain skin and signature look to the global brand. "She is such a living legend," founder and creative director Francois Nars said of the actress.

"I love her bold style and really admire her work," he added, stressing that 52-year-old fashion muse is an inspiration for her fearless attitude and personality.

Swinton, in turn, said she had only met Nars recently, "having long been an admirer or his from afar," she told WWD.

"(The photo shoot was) the greatest of fun — supremely nice people, full of ease and play."
