Yoruba actor, Babatunde Omidina better known as Baba Suwe will be in
court today, Friday, February 15, 2013, over an appeal filed by the
National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), in the alleged drug
ingestion tussle that started in October 2011.
Justice Yetunde Idowu had order the NDLEA to pay the sum of N25million to the comic actor for infringing on his human rights. Baba Suwe was in the custody of the anti agency for over two weeks when it arrested him on the suspicion of ingesting substances believed to be hard drug.
