What better way to kick off a press conference about your brand new movie than kicking popcorn all over the place?
One Direction were hurried into a secret location in north London today for a Q+A about This Is Us – ahead of the premiere tomorrow night.

But they made sure that had a right laugh before addressing the world media.
In the chat, Harry Styles revealed he’s most looking forward to the movie telling a bigger story about their lives as it’s impossible to open up in 140 character posts on Twitter.

The teenage charmer said at the This Is Us press conference: "There's only so much you can get across on social media, so this is a way to show how we are for our fans to see."
And director Morgan Spurlock confessed the 3D film will be “five times better than anything else similar” because there are five different stories to tell, referring the individual band members.

Harry agreed and admitted it was “really hard” to choose what footage is included in the final edit because there was so much amazing material.
Zayn Malik revealed he was most looking forward to the movie to see his mum’s reaction when she first walked into the house he bought her.

In the trailer, Zayn fights back the tears as his mum is overwhelmed with the generous purchase.
He said today at the Q+A session: “It was amazing for me because I can look back and see when she first saw her house."  

Liam said: "I think at the moment we just want to see how this one goes to be honest with you.
"It's so nerve-wracking making the film and stuff. I was thinking the other day when we sit in the premiere and everybody is actually watching it on the big screen it's going to be amazing but I don't know, maybe we'll see how this one goes, see if people like it."
Harry commented making the film was "really strange" but said at the same time "it kind of didn't make that much of a difference". 

He said: "It was kind of just getting on with the day but there was someone in your way when you tried to get out of a door."

Doncaster Rovers’ star signing Louis said one advantage of making the film was it helped them remember everything that had happened to them in the last few years.
He reflected: "Because so much is happening to us you kind of just lose it all.

"It's great just to sit back and watch it back and remember and relive those moments."
Asked why there was no sex or drugs in the film, Harry joked: "This is a family press conference."
And Louis agreed: "We like to think we're rock 'n' roll but we're not really." 

Harry gave further insight into the editing, saying they did not cut many scenes from the film, saying it "was more putting in stuff we remembered we really wanted".
But Louis said it was difficult to put everything in because "you've got five people's personalities to get across so its actually quite hard".
Spurlock said fans would enjoy seeing how "normal" the band are. 

He said: "There is no air of superiority, there is no air of success that permeates this movie.
"You see five guys who are the same five guys they were three years ago."

Louis told The Sun in a separate interview that One Direction are “well aware that we’re a boyband” but mocked rivals The Wanted for taking themselves “a bit too seriously”.

Meanwhile at the secret north Lonon location, the boys spoke about their “polite” fans in China and Zayn gushed about how the fans over the world are so alike despite such different cultures.

Liam Payne did reveal the band considered kicking Zayn out of the band when they first got together, explaining that he was often late and added he’s still has to get him out of bed.
Which is basically every single teenage girl’s fans.
