Derek Jeter's last game at Yankee Stadium -PHOTOS

As he has many times before, Jeter delivers with the game on the line.

After an emotional night, Jeter can't hold it in any longer as he jumps for joy after knocking in the game-winning hit Thursday night, giving the Yankees a 6-5 win.
