Miley Cyrus can't stop burglars from breaking into her homes.
A thief ransacked the "Wrecking Ball" singer's Los Angeles
pad on Dec. 16, making off with a bundle of the pop star's possessions, the L.A. Daily News reports.
Rusty Edward Sellner, 22, was arrested Monday and charged in the
break-in, which was the third time the former Disney star has been targeted in
two years.
Cops said Sellner, who has been busted for burglary twice before,
escaped the Toluca Lake pad with loot belonging to Cyrus and her brother,
including the singer's bank card, TMZ reported.
Sellner was charged with first-degree burglary, grand theft and
receiving stolen property and pleaded not guilty Wednesday, the L.A. Daily News
reported. He faces up to eight months in prison.
The "Bangerz" singer's property has been catnip for burglars
over the past few years.
Last May, Cyrus had her $102,500 Maserati stolen after a man and woman from
Arizona snuck past a security gate while no one was home. The thieves also made
off with a stash of jewelry.
The 2014 white four-door Maserati Quattroporte was later recovered in
Simi Valley, about 30 miles away.
The twerky former Disney star was also hit at her
former home in Studio City in Nov. 2013 — the day before her 21st
birthday,
Those crooks made off with around $100,000 worth of jewelry and
designer gear, TMZ said.
