Swansea deny Bony move to Manchester City has been completed

Swansea have rubbished reports Wilfried Bony has joined Manchester City in a £30million move.

The Ivory Coast Football Federation twitter account announced on Wednesday morning that the deal had been completed.

But, just moments later, the Premier League side's own official feed announced the 26-year-old is yet to agree a switch.

"Wilfried Bony has NOT yet completed his move to @MCFC. Once completed, we will confirm via official channels - not the Ivory Coast FA! #busy," the site said.

The former Vitesse forward is expected to make a move to the Etihad in the coming days.
