Arsenal and Tottenham are set for a north London battle for Feyenoord ace Jean-Paul Boetius
According to reports in Holland the fierce rivals have both sent scouts to watch the 20-year-old winger and are now lining up summer moves.
The Dutchman has caught the eye since breaking into the first team at Feyenoord in 2012 and he scored 18 goals in his first 72 Eredivisie outings.
That form has also attracted the interest of Milan and Juventus but it has been suggested that the Dutch club are bracing themselves for approaches from England this summer.
The 20-year-old is out of contract in June 2016 and yet to agree an extension so Feyenoord know his value is diminishing and may be forced to cash in on him at the end of this season.
