Italian starlet Marco Sportiello has
revealed he is happy at Atalanta - despite growing interest from Liverpool.
The 22-year-old has been a regular
for Atalanta this season, making 26 appearances in Serie A for the Italian
club.
Several sides have been tracking the
goalkeeper's progress, but Liverpool are reportedly at the front of the queue.
The Reds are said to be on a hunt
for a goalkeeper this season, but despite their interest Sportiello has
confessed he is happy at Atalanta.
"Liverpool definitely are a
great team", Sportiello told L'Eco di Bergamo.
"We are talking about one of
the top clubs in the world but I am happy to be here. This is my first season
as a regular starter and I also signed a new contract with Atalanta."
