Yesterday, Thursday 23rd April, Solange stepped out in a lovely piece by Nigerian designer, Amaka Osakwe of Maki Oh at the BET Upfronts event in New York City.
The event was held by the broadcast channel to celebrate the line-up of new series set to hit the channel; and had guests like Brandy, Whoopi Goldberg, Kirk Franklin, Queen Latifah, Tyrese Gbson, Lil Mama and more. See the fab looks from the red carpet here.

dress do the talking as she paired it with simple makeup &
accessories, white, gold & black heels and her signature ‘fro.
At the event, the fashionista showed us that DJ-ing doesn’t mean you
can’t be fabulous and rock the turntables. She was a DJ at the event.
