The 17-year-old is tipped for a bright future and has been
labelled the new Paul Pogba.
Clubs have been scouting the Frenchman for some time and he
has stalled on signing a professional deal with Saint-Etienne.
According to Foot Mercato, both Arsenal and Liverpool have
been impressed by the midfielder and are ready to offer him a contract.
If Souici agreed terms with either of the Premier League
giants then Saint-Etienne would be due around £750,000 in compensation.
The French club though are determined to hold onto their
talented youngster and will sit down for contract talks before the end of May.
