Ace entertainment critic, Prince Tsegah says he does not believe the
back and forth tweet by the most influential artiste of the year Sarkodie and
American rapper Ace hood on the terms of their contract is a publicity stunt.
Speaking on Hitz FM’s Entertainment This Week with host Mzgee, Prince
Tsegah says Sarkodie is in the habit of blowing his own horn and questions
whether the incessant public show of his achievement and wealth is a management
style.
He made reference to the rapper Sarkodie alleging some years back that
he had been endorsed and signed onto the Convict label owned by Senegalese
singer, Akon.
Sarkodie is also famed for claiming that he had shot a video for
a whooping one hundred and twenty thousand Ghana cedis.
Sarkodie is being bashed by the public for declaring he was called by
the American rapper for a collaboration contrary to claims by Ace hood that
Sarkodie paid him twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000) to feature on his
song.
The Godfather of entertainment also believes Ghanaians are also angry
with the rapper because of his role in the #dumsormuststop campaign.
Fellow critic, Zakia who featured on Hitz Fm’s Entertaiment This Week
show however believes the public war of words emerging between Sarkodie and Ace
Hood could be a publicity stunt.
