Reports in Spain claim that Ramos has fallen out with Real president Florentino Perez and the defender is thought to be unsure about the appointment of new manager Rafael Benitez.

Ramos reportedly met with Real directors this week and asked them to listen to offers from other clubs.
According to AS, Real are open to selling the 29-year-old but are demanding a world record fee for a centre-back, having already rejected a bid of £35m from United.

United are likely to come back with an improved offer but will not include goalkeeper David de Gea as part of the deal.
