Omar Rex Appreciates Bloggers and Journalists

Legendary highlife and afro jazz musician, Rex Omar on Friday during a ‘Meet and Greet’ at the La Palm Hotel commended online bloggers for keeping up with modern trends and bringing the arts of music along with them.

It was a night to dine, wine and interact with one of Ghana’s original and authentic musicians after a massive come back over a ten year break with the release of ‘Paapa’.The program which was organized by Accra based Communications Company, Firm Bridges Communications saw in attendance media personnel from the scope of radio, television, newspaper, and online, who took turns to interact with him in trying to understand his vision for the industry.

During his speech, Rex Omar was full of praise and appreciation for the media for the exposure given him in all the years of his music career.

“Rex Omar wouldn’t have been who he is without the media and that he is bent on keeping the good relations” he added.

Personnel present were also exposed to all of Rex Omar’s online platforms including facebook, twitter and Instagram @iamrexomar.
