And the best dressed woman of the year is...Taylor Swift!
The singer has landed on the cover of Vanity Fair’s September issue —
the fashion bible’s annual
International Best Dressed List.
Runners up include a veritable cornucopia of flashy stars,
including
Rihanna, Amal Clooney, ballerina Misty Copeland, Queen Letizia of Spain,
jewelry designer Francesca Amfitheatrof and Dreamworks president
Mellody Hobson on the unranked list.
Swift got the cover based on a look the mag dubbed "Prep Power."
On the men's side, Eddie Redmayne made the list for the third time and named his dad as his style icon.
Inside the magazine, Rihanna listed her favorite designers as Giorgio
Armani, Tom Ford, Calvin Klein, Marchesa and Stella McCartney.
Under the "Hollywood" category are Diane Kruger, Sienna Miller, Emma Stone, Emma Watson and Charlize Theron, among others.
The mag recognized fashion in all its forms. Robert Pattinson's fiancée
FKA Twigs earned a place in the "Originals" category, as did Victoria
Beckham in the "Professionals" category.
