Matriarch Kris Jenner was joined by all her daughters, Kourtney
Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie
Jenner.
The sextet was all simply dressed in white shirts accompanied by the headline, "America's First Family." The magazine brags that's it the first time in four years that the gang have been photographed together.
The caption, which is usually reserved for the President and his
family, was not universally applauded with people tweeting that they
would be cancelling their subscription.
However Kris is thrilled with the cover happily posting a snap from the
session captioning it, "So honored to be on the November cover with my
girls!!"
"We're so excited to reveal our November @Cosmopolitan cover in honor
of Cosmo's 50th birthday!" an excited Khloe added. "Make sure to follow
@Cosmopolitan for behind-the-scenes photos from the shoot and look for
the issue everywhere in stores next week!"
In the article, Ryan Seacrest, executive producer of "Keeping Up With
the Kardashians," explained what makes the family so popular. "When you spend time with them, what resonates is the family unit. There
are so many things about them that are glamorous, crazy, and unlike our
lives, but the sense of family is universal. They love and stand by one
another no matter what,"
he told Cosmo.
"Their unvarnished candor reveals how close they really are. What's
more, they present acceptance," he continued. "You look at Bruce and now
Caitlyn - you see the power of a family to come together when it would
be so easy to fall apart. There's comfort in viewing that steadfastness
of love."
Seacrest's last remark doesn't exactly ring true judging by the most
recent episode of "KUWTK." In it Kim reads excerpts from the Vanity Fair
Caitlyn Jenner cover to her mother who becomes increasingly distraught
by the disparaging comments about their marriage.
"He can go f… himself," Kris sobbed on the phone after they first read
the interview. "I honestly wish I never met this man. I mean, just f…
you Bruce."
