A peaceful day out between Kourtney Kardashian and her daughter took a
turn for the worse Friday when 3-year-old Penelope Disick slammed into
an open car door.
A series of photos captured the scene as Kardashian's only daughter
bounced off the vehicle's door and screamed as she fell to the ground.

Luckily, the wailing child's nanny was there to quickly pick her up, soon after she fell backwards from the car door's impact.
The 36-year-old reality star appeared to turn her head towards her
daughter just as she fell to the ground, but she was too far in front to
brace her fall.
Kardashian has not commented on the incident yet, although she was busy
on social media Sunday tweeting about the newest episode of her show,
"Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
