Valencia have joined Arsenal and Manchester United in the
race for Lazio star Lucas Biglia, according to reports in
Italy.
The midfielder was a target for both Premier League clubs
in the summer after helping the Serie A side qualify for the Champions League last season.
Lazio managed to hold onto their man, though, as the promise
of European football was enough to keep
him.
However, according to Il Tempo, Valencia have now expressed
an interest in bringing Biglia to La Liga.
The Spanish club are confident of luring the 29-year-old to
Spain during the January transfer window by offering him a significant pay
rise.
Lazio have no plans to sell the Argentina international,
however, and have him tied down to the club until 2018.
