But the Bundesliga club claim they will only consider
selling the in-form striker if they keep hold of Marco Reus.
Dortmund have always insisted Aubameyang, who has hit 43
Bundesliga goals in just 77 appearances since arriving from St Etienne, is not
for sale.
However, according to reports in Germany, they may now
consider cashing in if a club stumps up their huge asking price.
The Gabon striker has been on the radar of both Arsenal and
Liverpool since he was banging them in for St Etienne in Ligue 1 and they have
kept close tabs on his form in Germany too.
Barcelona are also big fans of Aubameyang, who is under
contract until 2020, and reports have suggested that it is they who are the
front-runners to sign him.
Now the Spanish side know exactly what they have to offer if
they are to prise him away from Germany – and have been given the extra caveat
that they must drop their interest in Reus.
The Germany ace has been a long-term target for Barca but,
according to sources, Dortmund will not entertain the idea of selling both of
their star players.
