The folks behind “Pretty Little Liars” have “got a secret” and they’ve long kept it.
As part two of the sixth season premieres Tuesday night, the ABC Family addictive show still has many questions left to answer.
Especially now that the series will jump ahead five years in its web of
storylines about a villain, who went to killer lengths to stalk five
high school girls.
Last year, in what was called the “summer of answers,” viewers finally learned the identity of that creeper.
(Spoiler alert!)
The self dubbed ‘A’ was revealed to be CeCe Drake — the unknown
transgender sister of Alison DiLaurentis, the protagonist of the show.
Here are the other major questions the show has yet to answer:
10. Who is Sara Harvey?
There’s no mention of this character in all six seasons and yet somehow she ends up as a major villain.
So, what happened in her life to cause her to help torture five girls? And, does she have any connection to the liars?
9. Who killed Jessica DiLaurentis?
The only shreds of answers on this one is that apparently CeCe found and buried her dead mother.
That CeCe had no part in the murder is hard to believe as ‘A’ later
sent a message to the girls of Jessica being buried. So, who did it?
8. What happened to Jenna?
The big bad of the earlier seasons disappeared from the show lately.
In real life, the actress, Tammin Sursok had a baby but viewers will likely need a better explanation.
7. What about Wren?
The young doctor may have won the liars over but the internet had him pinned as a very possible ‘A.’
And, the potential evidence was damning. So what’s his real story and why does he have a thing for teen girls?
6. And, what about Melissa?
It would seem Melissa and Wren are made for each other as both were big ‘A’ suspects.
Melissa’s unexplainable actions spanned the entire series and she was
seen talking to CeCe the night Alison disappeared — an act CeCe later
denies.
5. Why did Maya have to die?
This character full of clues was killed off early in the show.
It’s still unclear just what Maya knew and how she even came to know anything about the chilling events in Rosewood.
4. Is the show going to explain the timeline discrepancy?
If the show follows a logical timeline, then Officer Wilden would have
been a child when he supposedly covered up the murder of Marion
Cavanaugh.
3. Does Mona really not know CeCe?
Mona — the original ‘A’ — claimed she didn’t know CeCe was uber 'A.'
The former villain said she was too hopped up on medications to recognize CeCe from their days locked away.
Yet, Mona did help CeCe escape Radley. And, she has proven to be genius-like smart — enough so to fake her own death.
Did she really not figure out who ‘A’ was?
2. Just how many people hate Alison and why?
Alison is depicted as a typical manipulative popular girl.
Along her path to be queen of her school, she naturally made some enemies.
But, enough to want to kill her? Just how many people are actually on the so called A-team against her?
The show hasn’t crossed many names off the suspect list and if anything, has added more.
1. How can 'A' do everything?
Despite being mostly locked away at Radley Sanatorium, CeCe was skillful at just about everything.
She managed to implant tracking chips in the girls, which is probably
easier than the time she drilled a note into Hannah’s tooth.
More importantly, how did she pull a “ Wolf of Wall Street” and quickly earn massive amounts money to fund her torture dreams?
