Yeezy's ego won over his plea for positive energy—again.
After a few days of Twitter silence, Kanye West loudly returned to social media with yet another epic rant on Tuesday night.
West first fired back at Ezrin —who has worked with artists like Alice Cooper and Kiss — after the major producer wrote a scathing critiqueof himon Monday.
“Has anybody ever heard of Bob Ezrin,” West kicked of his Twitter rant.
“What the f--- does he know about rap…,” he asked.
The 66-year-old record producer slammed West’s inability to use his
platform for social conversations like NWA has, or to “introduce the
world to a new art form like Grandmaster Flash.”
“Unlike other creators in his genre like Jay-Z, Tupac, Biggie or even
M.C. Hammer for that matter, it’s unlikely that we’ll be quoting too
many of Kanye’s songs 20 years from now,” Ezrin wrote in a newsletter.
The always-vocal West blasted off in a nasty series of tweets when he noticed the shots taken against him.
it’s guys like you that run companies and don’t invest in Ye even if I’m your kid’s idol!!!— KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) February 24, 2016
The 38-year-old even dragged Ezrin’s kids into the mess —something the rapper said he no would no longer do after recent Twitter drama with Amber Rose.
“Your kids are ashamed of their dad… Sorry for speaking about kids… but
could you imagine if you were Bob Ezrin’s kids,” he wrote.
West tried to make up for his backtracking by offering the Ezrin kids
free Yeezys to “make up for the embarrassment” he said Ezrin caused
them.
Kim Kardashian’s beau then begged Ezrin to “never speak in public again” and to “do something relevant.”
“Ezrin I truly feel sorry for your friends and family that they have
had to suffer an idiot like you for so many years,” he added.
Still, his tirade wasn’t done. West randomly circled back to the drama he recently reignited with Taylor Swift.
“I made Dark Fantasy and Watch the Throne in one year and wasn’t
nominated for either,” the self-proclaimed snubbed artist said.
“And you know who has 2 albums of the year,” he added.
West didn’t reference the popstar, whom he recently claimed to make
famous, but Swift is the only female artist to win Album of the Year two
times at the Grammys.
“Welcome to pop culture,” he noted, commenting on the award-worthy artists of the music industry.
Also joining the rapper’s beef list was Macklemore, who Erzrin mentioned in his article for memorably addressing social issues.
“Bro, you said Machlemore more impotant musically than me ... no offense to Macklemore, he’s a nice human being,” West said.
In typical West fashion, he ended his public stream of consciousness with a comment for “all positive vibes!”
“God bless the fools,” he added.
The tweetstorm is just the latest in West's bizarre antics, which reportedly has started to worry his famous in-law family, and come after the fashion mogul admitted his ego often gets the best of him.
In the past few weeks, his Twitter vomit
has involved casually asking for a bailout from his $53 million debt,
calling out the media for bad reviews of latest album "The Life of
Pablo" and declaring innocence for Bill Cosby.
