"Empire" star Taraji P. Henson made a big oops at Super Bowl 50 when
she couldn't contain her excitement over seeing Maroon 5 perform at the
halftime show.
The 45-year-old actress even shared a post from her VIP box at the game before the band’s performance.
“YAAAAAAASSSSSS!!!! #maroon5 is life to me!!! #superbowl50 #HappyCamper I am.”
Kudos to Adam Levine (and the rest of the gang) but Coldplay.
Fans on social media immediately started poking fun on Hendon’s
mistake, and the cellphone company T-Mobile compared the flub to Steve
Harvey’s Miss Universe snafu.
The starlet, who won a Best Actress Golden Globe for her portrayal as
the family matriarch, Cookie, on Fox's hip-hop drama, later deleted the
post and made light of the situation with a simple mea culpa.
