There’s at least one fella in Hollywood who didn’t go for the nanny.
Actress Eva Amurri revealed her husband, Kyle Martino, had to fire her
one-year-old daughter's nanny because the caretaker was more interested
in the sports commentator.
On a blog post titled “Nannygate 2.0” posted on her website on Monday,
the 30-year-old wrote she came home from a business trip in New York and
learned her husband had been texted by the unnamed nanny.
“'OMG. Girl, did I mention to you how hot and sex my Boss is. I would love to f--- his brains out ha haah," the woman wrote.
"Too bad he seems not to like thick Latin women with lots to hold on to LOL,” she continued.
Martino, believing it be a case of a wrong text, waited for an explanation but it never came.
“A part of him thought it was so hilarious of course, but the greater
part of him was head-in-hands embarrassed for her and couldn’t believe
he was going to have to deal with the awkwardness of having to talk
about something so uncomfortable,” Amurri, who is Susan Sarandon’s
daughter, explained.
Instead of acknowledging the sexual texting, Martino later found the
woman peering at him from his bedroom’s window and sniffing his
underwear.
When confronted, she reportedly said she was looking for him but
dismissed the texting advance as “messing around with a friend.”
Unlike other Hollywood hunks, who have been rumored to welcome the
nanny’s advances, Amurri said her husband wrote the woman a check and
sent her packing.
"That text was sent out as a missive to test the proverbial waters with
my husband and give her an opportunity later, when alone, to bring up a
sexy dialogue with him,” Amurri wrote.
"How dare this person, who we were paying very generously to care for
our young daughter – how dare she use her time with my child, in my
home, to plot out a way to screw my husband and screw up my family!” she
added.
Some good came with the firing of the nanny as Amurri said her appreciation for her husband is even greater.
The family has since decided to not find a replacement and will travel with their daughter, Marlowe, as needed for work.
