Glam Africa’s Spring 2016 edition features on its cover Ghanaian singer Becca. The singer talks about her passion for music, her alleged romance with Ghanaian singer Bisa Kdei as well as her opinion on the #OscarSoWhite controversy.
Asked about a potential move to Hollywood to advance her career, she answered: “It’s
not about the move to Hollywood, it’s more about my work moving to
Hollywood, and not just mine, but that of most Africans. I want us to
sell the high life to the world just like Osibia and the Ramblers did.”
Glam Africa’s newly appointed Editor, Karine Laudort
talking about what is to be expected in this Romance and Femininity
issue of the magazine said: “You can expect a bit of romance and sass;
an edge of quirkiness, whilst maintaining our ethos: ‘sporting and
inspiring the Glam side of Africa’. This is more often than not
forgotten and sometimes misrepresented”.
