Real talk: Using the bathroom on a date can be stressful. Especially when you’re dealing with intestinal issues. But no matter what kind of embarrassing date situation you might be trying to erase from your memory, we can pretty much guarantee it will pale in comparison to this woman’s shitty (yet rather inspirational) story.

 

The tale, which was originally reported by Buzzfeed, begins with Twitter user @_blotty having to use the bathroom back at her date’s place. The self-described “confident, calm, and self-assured woman” wasn’t afraid to do her business at his house, because what could possible go wrong?

Well...the toilet didn’t flush, even after several tries. Basically the stuff of date nightmares. And then things got really crappy...

In a moment of panic, this confident, calm, self-assured woman took the turd out of the toilet, wrapped it in toilet paper, and stashed it in her purse. Seriously, we wish we were making this up.
Now you’re probably wondering, where the hell did she go from there?

 
After a few hours (HOURS), she went to use the bathroom again, and apparently the toilet was working. Poop-filled purse in hand, she tried her luck again.
With a story this insane, we actually don’t blame her for wanting to share it. In fact, we applaud her.

We all love a good trainwreck, as evidenced by the fact that her story has received thousands of likes and retweets. But there's a good lesson to be learned here: The next time you find yourself in the midst of a mortifying mid-date scenario, remind yourself that you’re a confident, calm, self-assured woman, and take it all in stride.
