Ghana got 15 nominations for five films for the upcoming 2016 Africa
Movie Academy Awards (AMAAs) which will take place in Port Harcourt,
Nigeria in June this year.
Young actor Joseph Otsiman got the nod for Best Actor In Supporting Role for his performance in the film, The Cursed Ones.
Nana Obiri Yeboah, who directed The Cursed Ones, was also nominated for AMAA 2016 Award For Best Director.
New and young actress, Ophelia Klenam Dzidzornu is also competing in
AMAA 2016 Award For Best Young/Promising Actor category for her role in
The Cursed Ones.
