partnership.
Under the partnership, they are to offer
service providers and enterprises an outsourced Managed Security
Service, according to a statement made available to THISDAY.
The statement said the service is
specifically targeted at deploying the Distributed Denial of Service
(DDOS) attack detection and mitigation solution to safeguard the
security of critical corporate customers on its network.
The Radware DDOS mitigation service,
which will be deployed within the MainOne Tier III Data Center facility
in Lagos, MDX-I, will provide best-in-class managed enterprise
applications and network security against DDOS volumetric attacks, SSL
Based Attacks, and Application Layer Attacks which have plagued
financial institutions across the continent at an increasing rate over
the past year.
