The IFTA 2016 conference website is now “live” and bookings are open!
The website, with all details available to date, is at: http://conference.ifta.org/2016/
Some
of the information areas are not quite complete, particularly the
program order, we will be building this, and other information, over
coming weeks.
We
will be running two “Power Hour” sessions during the conference and
this will allow up to twelve of the conference delegates to speak for a
short session of 10-15 minutes on a “powerful issue”. This format is
based on the very popular TED talks and was used successfully at IFTA
2012 in Singapore. We will be sending out more details and requests for
nominations for these sessions in the next weeks.
If
you have any questions about booking or accommodation, please refer
these to “Expert Events”, their details are in the “Contact Us” page, if
your query is to do with any aspect of conference planning you can
refer them to me.
Next
week we will send out a website graphic. We hope you will be able to
add this to your society website, with a link to the IFTA 2016 website,
so that the conference is publicized to your members.
