Hillary Clinton rocked the backstage of "Hamilton" Saturday.
The Democratic candidate was all smiles as she posed for photos with
Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich and the "Hamilton" creator and star,
Lin-Manuel Miranda.
It's the second time the presidential nominee and former President Bill Clinton have caught a showing of the Tony-winning show.
The Clintons saw the Broadway darling in 2015 before it moved to the
Public Theater. However, Miranda's last performance is Saturday so maybe
they wanted to see him before then.
It was a nice respite after the Democrat's nearly four-hour interview
at FBI headquarters regarding the use of her email when she was
secretary of state, her campaign said.
"I was happy I got the opportunity to assist the department and bring
this to a conclusion," Clinton told NBC's "Meet the Press" in an
interview that aired Sunday.
On July 12, "Hamilton" is putting on a special performance of the show
as a fundraiser for Clinton's campaign. Tickets start at a whopping
$2,700 upwards to $100,000.
