Katy Perry, Carole King rock Democratic National Convention as more stars stump for Hillary Clinton

Katy Perry is ready to see Hillary Clinton rise as President.
The pop star and longtime supporter of Clinton belted out her new empowering anthem "Rise" on the final night of the Democratic National Convention on Thursday.

"I didn't finish high school," she told the crowd. "But, I do have an open mind and I have a voice."

"On Nov. 8, you'll be just as powerful as any NRA lobbyist. You'll have as much say as any billionaire," she continued. "Or you can just cancel out your weird cousin's vote if you'd like."

Earlier in the night, actress Mary Steenburgen and actor husband Ted Danson also lauded Clinton.
The "Step Brothers" actress, who has been friends with the Clintons since 1978, recalled a conversation she had nearly four decades ago with the couple.
