Lea Michele feeling physically amazing, poses naked for Women’s Health UK — ‘I’m not perfect but I love myself, flaws and all’

Lea Michele knows her body is “banging.”

“Right now, I feel physically in my best shape and emotionally in my best place,” the “Glee” standout told Women’s Health UK, where she poses naked on the cover.

“I'm not perfect. I'm not trying to represent myself as being some perfect girl, but I love myself, flaws and all.”
The 29-year-old actress says she’s gotten into SoulCycle, which she goes to every other day near her Los Angeles home.

“Initially I didn’t think that I would get into all that either. But let me tell you, I’m now in the front row singing and clapping along. I'm not the kind of person who would go to the gym,” she said. “For me, working out has to be good for my mind too, and when I leave, the endorphins are buzzing, I'm glowing and I feel like I can take on the world.”
Other than an enviable body, Michele’s photos also revealed her new tattoo to honor late boyfriend Cory Monteith, who died of a heroin and alcohol overdose at the age of 31 in 2013.

A tiny tattoo on her left hip reads “Finn,” Monteith’s character on “Glee.
The stunning brunette, who will return as Hester Ulrich for the second season of “Scream Queens” in September, said more women should be proud of themselves.

“I think women should be more vocal about their achievements,” she said. “I'm proud of what I've achieved because I've worked so hard to get here.”

Michele, who was recently linked to “One Tree Hill” star Robert Buckley, said she’s looking for a relationship built around common interests.
“I take care of myself, and I spend a lot of time and energy doing that, so I need someone else to look after themselves too,” she told the magazine. “It's only then that you can come together and be a really good team.”
The Bronx native keeps vegan and gluten-free at home, but does say that she allows herself a splurge whenever she chooses — but no fast food.

“When I say I splurge — that’s pizza, mac and cheese, pasta; it’s not McDonald’s," she told Women’s Health UK. “Look everyone can do whatever they want, this is just what I do.”
The full interview appears in the September 2016 issue of Women's Health UK, on sale Aug. 3.
