Nicki Minaj is taking back comments she made about Melania Trump.
The "Anaconda" rapper slammed Republican presidential nominee Donald
Trump's third wife at the Tidal concert Saturday in Brooklyn.
Talking about the election, Minaj, 33, made a point to emphasis that
most presidential leaders have equally strong, smart wives.
“‘Cause you n---as are so fucking weak, ya’ll got the audacity to be
intimidated by a bad motherf--king queen and get your motherf--king
feelings hurt,” Minaj yelled to the crowd. “But it’s motherf--king
(okay) ’cause Barack needed a Michelle, b---h, and Bill needed a
motherf--king Hillary, b---h. You better pray to God you don’t get stuck
with a motherf--king Melania.”
A fan later called out the performer for "dragging on" Melania.
Minaj then halfheartedly apologized via Twitter.
"“Wasn’t ‘dragging’. She seems nice. ut a smart man knows he needs a
certain ‘kind’ of woman when running for President/attempting
greatness."
