U.S. News and World Report released its annual Best Cruise Rankings
with Disney, Celebrity and Crystal Cruises each booking two top spots
for 2017.
In the report, Disney used its magic to notch best cruise line for families and best in the Caribbean.
Celebrity Cruises was named best for circling the Mediterranean and,
more importantly, the most affordable — so passengers won't feel like
they are throwing their money in the ocean.
Crystal Cruises is the best high-end luxury line that's also great for couples.
The report analyzed 15 cruise lines, along with the three best ra
nked
contenders, including Royal Caribbean International, Regent Seven Seas,
and Norwegian Cruise Line.
The frequently troubled Carnival Cruise Lines garnered at least one top three mention under "Best for Families."
"The Best Cruise Lines Rankings, help travelers sort through their
options," said U.S News travel editor Gwen Shearman in a statement.
U.S. News and World Report estimates more than 24 million passengers will embark on cruises in 2017.
