the weekend, but it has already been cleaned up by the Hollywood
Historic Trust — the organization that oversees the walk.
The cost for the restoration is pretty heft at $1,500, according to TMZ.

The powerhouse vocalist barely let out a peep during the show, other than complaining about the technical issues.
Carey, 46, received her star in 2015.
She addressed the disastrous performance once again this week, noting that she was purposely sabotaged by Dick Clark Productions.
“Listen, guys, they foiled me,” she said in a video on Sunday.
“Thus it turned into an opportunity to humiliate me and all those who were excited to ring in the New Year with me. Eventually I will explain this in greater detail for anyone who wants to hear. I can’t deny that my feelings were hurt.”
Authorities are investigating the vandalism and believe someone took responsibility for the marking on Instagram, according to TMZ.
