Kal Penn, back in the White House — albeit the fake White House — is taking aim at Kellyanne Conway.

The “Designated Survivor” star posed for his own photo, kneeling on an
Oval Office couch, that replicated the White House senior adviser’s own pose.
“Kal-E-Anne,” he captioned the photo.
Penn, 39, is shown squatting on the couch with his suit pants cuffed above his knees, pointing at something on his cell phone.
Conway was the subject of outrage after striking a similar pose while
photographing President Trump’s meeting with leaders of historically
black colleges and universities Monday.
She explained later that she “meant no disrespect,” but blamed an unnamed reporter for stirring up trouble.
“I was being asked to take a picture in a crowded room with the press
behind us. I was asked to take a certain angle and was doing exactly
that. I certainly meant no disrespect, I didn’t mean to have my feet on
the couch,” she said on Fox Business Network's “Lou Dobbs Tonight”
Tuesday.
“If we started the trend here, where people are outwardly talking about
greater respect for the Office of the President and its current
occupant, then perhaps that’s something positive that came out. But I of
course meant no disrespect.”

Penn, known best for his role in the “Harold & Kumar” series, left
“House” in 2009 to join the Obama administration as an Associate
Director in the White House Office of Public Engagement, a position he
held on and off until 2011.
