The ex-Spice Girls singer, whose real name is Melanie Brown, seduced
her nanny and had sex with the German exchange student multiple times a
week for seven years, according to court papers obtained by the Daily Mail.
Caregiver Lorraine Gilles, now 26, made the explosive claims in a defamation suit filed after Brown alleged that her abusive husband Stephen Belafonte knocked up the nanny.
Gilles says she was just 18 when the couple plied her with booze and
cajoled her into group sex after they first met at a Hollywood bar in
2009.
The couple quickly hired the blond stunner to be their nanny, and Gilles
and Brown started having regular sex, according to court papers.
But Gilles never jumped into bed with Belafonte without the former Spice Girl’s prodding, the court papers say.
Not only did Brown orchestrate the threesomes, she often filmed them, the suit says.
“The only time Gilles and Belafonte had sex was when Brown herself
invited her husband to join the couple in the bedroom, at which point
Brown would often serve as the ‘cameraman’ and record the sexual
encounter or take part in the ménage à trois herself,” court papers say.
The lawsuit was filed three weeks after Brown won a restraining order against her estranged hubby.
Brown claimed that Belafonte punched and choked her — and forced her into having sex with random women.
Brown also alleged that Gilles became pregnant with Belafonte’s child,
prompting her estranged husband to cover the costs of the nanny’s
abortion.
In her suit, Gilles says it was actually Brown who rushed to help her
after the nanny became pregnant following a “one night stand” with a man
she met at a West Hollywood bar.
Brown was “compassionate and supportive” throughout the ordeal —
encouraging Gilles to have an abortion, sending her the money to pay for
it and even booking a hotel for her recovery, the suit says.
At no point was it suggested or implied that Brown believed Belafonte to be the potential father of the child,” the suit says.
“In fact, Gilles had not had group sex with Mel and Belafonte for several months prior to the unexpected pregnancy.”
The nanny denounced Mel B for portraying her as a “homewrecker,
prostitute, and extortionist” and “maliciously describing Gilles as
being impudent, unscrupulous, and exploitive,” the suit says.
