Sadly, much more preparation is going into weddings than marriages. Much of the fulfilment and success that you derive on this journey of life, is determined by who you choose to share it with. Don't cave into societal pressure to marry an unsuitable suitor. Are you core values aligned? This matters over a lifetime. 

Our values direct our #dreams and #passions; they determine how we spend our time, money, and other resources. Our #values have a huge impact on how we raise children. They are at the core of #character, #integrity, #behaviours, your essence. 

You should fare better if you share the most fundamental values. __ Is your partner God-fearing, #ambitious and #hardworking? Do they support you, motivate you, celebrate your success, or do they feel threatened by it? Do they treat you with respect and regard? Money matters are a most revealing aspect of the courtship. 

Talk about money once a relationship is getting serious. Is he or she just living from day to day in debt and without any plan or purpose? While it matters whom you marry, making a “right” decision does not guarantee a successful marriage. Remember, after choosing, there is much work to do over a lifetime to make a marriage work.
