Melania Trump Sets Off For Paris in an Escada Pantsuit

First Lady Melania Trump headed to Europe to celebrate Bastille Day with President Macron and his wife Brigitte in Paris, France. 

Melania was seen leaving the White House earlier tonight in an Escada pantsuit that featured tonal studding and a contrasting, white rope stitch. This straightforward, tailored look is a departure from the feminine ensembles worn by Trump in the past—fit-and-flare frocks, and neo-Grecian evening wear, for example.

 That said, Trump has made tailored trousers a part of her traveling wardrobe; she wore check-print Valentino culottes en route to the G20 summit in Hamburg, Germany last week. Her latest ensemble is far closer to the classic pantsuit championed by prominent women in the world of politics before her. The accessories bore all the typical Trump hallmarks however, namely a waist-cinching ivory belt and vertiginous Christian Louboutin stilettos.
