In order for us to serve you better, please follow the steps below to lodge a complaint with NCC;
o Contact your Service provider to lodge complaint.
o Obtain a complaint Reference Number from your Service Provider for that complaint.
o If not satisfied, channel your complaint to the NCC through the following means;
• Call the Contact Centre Toll Free Number, NCC (622)
• Send an email to consumerportal@ncc.gov.ng
• Write a letter addressed to: The Executive Vice Chairman, Nigerian Communications Commission.
• Fill the online Consumer complaint form which can be obtained from the Consumer portal, on the Commission’s website: www.ncc.gov.ng
