The Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC, is participating at the International Telecommunication Union, ITU, Telecom World 2017, ongoing at the Exhibition and Conference Centre in Busan, South Korea.

Organised annually by the ITU, the UN agency superintending telecommunication and ICT matters, the forum will reflect on and with a view to deepen conversation on matters that cover the entire gamut of telecommunication, particularly how "rapid growth of digital technologies is affecting traditional telecom and creating new industry sectors and markets".

Focused on the theme: ACCELERATING ICT INMOVATION TO IMPROVE LIVES FASTER, the 2017 edition of the global forum is a high technology event, a rare assemblage of governments, policy makers, corporations, SMEs, and a galaxy of stakeholders including development enthusiasts.
