Call for "A One-minute Video about Standing up for Human Rights". from Professional and Amateur Filmmakers.

Professional and amateur filmmakers are invited to make a one-minute video about standing up for human rights. 


The Mobile Film Festival, in partnership with the United Nations, is accepting submissions from around the world. 

Films must be shot with a mobile and include subtitles in their original language via https://dotsub.com/

About 50 videos would be chosen as the official selection. From November 6 to 27, online visitors would be able to vote for the winner of the audience award. He or she would travel to Paris for a week to participate in the awards ceremony. The grand prize winner in three categories would receive EUR20,000 (US$23,561) to finance the production of a short film and would benefit from the support of a producer to complete the project. Other prizes include best director and screenplay. 

The deadline is October 11.
