Just in...NEMA Declares Flooding as National Disaster in Four States

NIGERIA- The Director General of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Mustapha Maihaja, Monday declared the flooding in four states as national disasters, according to various reports. 

The four states are:

Kogi, Niger, Delta and Anambra states. NEMA has, besides, placed eight other states on its watch list.
