Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) has been re-branded and re-positioned by the Governor Akinwunmi Ambode-led Government to a standard comparable only to first-class emergency management agencies that is worth its salt across the world.
The Agency which started with one unit now has three centres namely; LASEMA Response Unit Cappa Oshodi; Lekki (by Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge); and Ikorodu.
The LRU is equipped with modern emergency management apparatuses ranging from trucks, power bikes, heavy-duty vehicles and fire trucks, to Mobile Intensive Care Ambulance (MICA) stationed at strategic locations across the state.
