Should you Buy in Bulk?

The list of required school supplies varies by grade and school, but obviously there are staples that nearly every child will need.

such as stationary including pencils and notebook paper, in bulk. But be careful; this can lead to waste. If you buy too much they will get lost, lent out, given away, "borrowed" or just never used. 

___ This technique is most effective for households with multiple children where it makes sense. For single-child families, consider doubling up with others for extra savings on basic supplies. ___ If you haven’t already done so, you are almost out of time. Call other parents today to see if you can collaborate and get some shopping done in time for Monday.
