The Governor Akinwunmi Ambode-led Lagos State Government has urged applicants interested in the on-going teachers’ recruitment exercise in the State to be patient with the slow pace on the online application website.
The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Mrs. Adebunmi Adekanye, made the call following complaints by some applicants that the job portal (https://lnkd.in/dxdiQZV)
was very slow, stressing that it was as a result of the number of applicants trying to register at the same time.
She, however, assured that the backend team is working assiduously to accommodate all applications that are dropping in droves since the commencement of the exercise.
The Permanent Secretary advised that there was no reason to panic as applicants have up till Thursday, September 6, 2018 to send in applications, adding that the traffic on the portal would gradually reduce as more applicants succeed in submitting their applications.
