Foremost African financial Institution, Guaranty Trust Bank plc has announced the launch of it’s latest platform PlayCentre, a digital interactive playground for children.
Launched on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at
the GTBank Lekki branch, Lagos, the PlayCentre is fully equipped with a
wide range of interactive games that are built to give kids the
ultimate fun experience.

In this modern age,
finding new and
exciting ways that expose children to digital technology is a great way
to open their minds and set them up for a future without limits. This is
why the GTBank PlayCentre was established, to give children a safe and
secure digital place where they can play, interact and connect with each
other.
The activity area is segmented into
the Sketch Town, Leggo City, Slime Bar, and the Chalkboard. The Sketch
town explores 3D Paper Crafting where kids can design their favorite
objects and colour sketches to life. The Leggo City engages the mind of
the kids as they develop their own fictional characters. The Slime Bar
is a “DIY” explore ground while the Chalkboard encourages kids to
express their unspoken words in scribbling, writing and drawing.
Over the years, GTBank has been at
the forefront of establishing various value-adding services for
different customer segments. The PlayCentre is in line with the Bank’s
policy to enrich lives beyond banking, and is specific to ‘Smart Kids
Save’ (SKS) account holders. The
Centre is open to all SKS customers between the ages of 5-10years and
operates from 10am to 3pm on Weekdays and 10am to 1pm on Saturdays. To

PlayCentre, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of
Guaranty Trust Bank plc, Mr Segun Agbaje, said; “By reimagining the role

He further stated that “PlayCentre is

their parents.”
