Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has opened its portal for the recruitment of 3,200 officers and men to fill existing vacancies and this would last for the next three weeks.
NCS said the recruitment exercise got the approval of the Federal Executive Council and is in compliance with requirements of the Federal Character Commission (FCC).
The recruitment exercise is meant to fill 800 vacancies in the Support Staff for Superintendent Cadre category, while the 2,400 successful candidates would fill Customs Inspector and Customs Assistant Cadre in the General Duty category.
A web portal for applications has been created as a sub-domain of the NCS website: www.vacancy.customs.gov.ng
The portal for the online application submission would be opened for three weeks.
NCS warned members of the public to beware of fraudsters and criminals who may be operating illegal sites and portals and collect money from applicants.
Your application can only be processed online through the official NCS portal and no fee is demanded.
