There are three kinds of waste you should avoid.
#1. Waste of Energy
Busybody in other men’s matters. Stop carrying stories and rumours which will not be of use to your life. Avoid rumour mongering.
Stop wasting your energy; avoid non beneficial enterprise.

#2. Waste of Resources.
This is a wasteful country, this is foolishness.
A waster today is a beggar tomorrow.
Nigerians spend more money on recharge card than food.
There are gold-plated phones for $9,000 and only Nigerians buy them.
In Nigeria, Senators answer phones during sessions in the Senate; even during live broadcasts.
#3. Waste of Time
Waste of time is waste of life.
Benjamin Franklin said “Dost thou love life? Then do not squander time, for that is the stuff life is made of”.
Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe said “Give me my youth back and I will buy it at any price”.
These are the parting words from a father to his children.
